Maintenance Emergency Procedure
When a resident has an emergency (i.e. water line break inside unit) call ProActive Property Management Company at 727-942-4755 or reach out by email: [email protected]
When the phone is answered by the receptionist, immediately state that you have an emergency and you will be helped to the office staff.
If a resident calls after office hours or on weekends or holidays, the phone will be answered by an automated system.
Just follow the automated directions to leave an emergency message.
Once an emergency message is left, the ProActive Property Management On-Call Manager will contact you. At that point the On-Call Manager will handle your emergency accordingly.
